Special Note on Raw and Smackdown

wwe network nxt

The amazing NXT (and its PPV’s) broadcasts live through the UK WWE network. Many hardcore wrestling fans would say this is well worth the cost alone (and you can add myself to that)

As you may know, WWE have several on-going contacts with other broadcasters. One major client is BSKYB (Sky Sports). Due to these contractual agreements, WWE Network must currently wait 30 days before updating the latest RAW and Smackdown shows. However ‘This Week In WWE’, ‘WWE Superstars’ (which mixes the latest from RAW and Smackdown with added exclusive matches and footage) and ‘Backstage Pass’ shows, keep viewers up to date with the latest WWE developments.

Total Divas is yet to offer latest broadcasts but we’d expect to see this added with later seasons. Tough Enough is also a much welcome addition as you can’t get the DVD’s for love nor money!

WWE Network UK – Is it worth the cost?

After taking a full look through its offerings, WWE Network has incredible value from its full PPV listings (including all new live events) and ‘Beyond the Ring’ DVD releases, alone. Add the Amazing NXT and Tough Enough to that (we hope more seasons are added soon) and everything else is an awesome bonus.

The WWE Network may have suffered launch problems in the UK but the content more than makes up for it. Also remember that sign-up business models like these, never offer all their content immediately. Expect to see a lot more added month-to-month.

We’ll do our best to keep this page updated with the latest listings and WWE Network news. If you have any questions on listings, please feel free to drop a comment below and we’ll do our best to update above and/or answer them directly.
