We currently buy preowned XBOX ONE consoles with or without their original boxes (please see our preowned XBOX ONE consoles page for the current prices we pay).
To sell your console to us, please follow these easy steps:
1) Email us first, to make sure we’re currently buying preowned XBOX ONE consoles (as we do have occasions when we can be over-stocked)
2) Once we’ve let you know that we’d like to buy your console, we’ll email you postage details. Please make sure that you carefully package your XBOX ONE in a sturdy box and remember to put your own address on it too.
3) Once we’ve received your XBOX ONE console, we’ll test to make sure it meets D4G standards. This will consist of gaming, Hard Drive and DVD playback tests. Once your console has passed these tests, we’ll send you the cash immediately!
4) Receive your cash via PayPal or bank transfer.
Q: How long will it take to get my cash once you’ve received my XBOX ONE console
A: We’ll need to thoroughly test your XBOX ONE to make sure it meets our standards (this is why many gamers prefer to buy their preowned consoles from D4G). Because of this, please allow 2-3 working days for the cash to reach you.
Q: How will I be paid?
A: You can choose to either be paid by bank transfer or PayPal
Q: What if my console doesn’t pass D4G’s tests?
A: If your preowned XBOX ONE does not pass our tests, we’ll contact you to arrange a return delivery. Please note that you will be liable to pay for this return delivery (so please make sure you test it yourself before sending it to us).
