Returns
D4Gameplay thoroughly test ALL pre-owned games before placing them as “In Stock”. However, if you find your game to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of the items delivery, so we can arrange a replacement.
Please Note: All games are tested/inspected before despatch.
New/Pre-Owned PC Games
Due to illegal copying and piracy we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for PC games. All pre-owned PC games are thoroughly tested before listed as “In Stock”. We are proud to be of very few stores that still offer the buying and selling of PC games.
Privacy
To ensure customer peace of mind, D4Gameplay do not store customer details. This includes all forms of identification (address, phone numbers) or payment details (emails or card numbers). All customer details are deleted once payments have been made. This is to ensure our customers online safety.
All our payments (PayPal account and credit/debit card) are made through PayPal’s secure system. D4Gameplay recommends PayPal for fast and secure payment processing.
